Dave opens for the multi award winning sing\/songwriter\/producer Kristian Bush who is over from the US for a UK Tour. Nashville Meets London are presenting Kristian for his London show at Pizza Express Live, Chelsea, and Dave will be performing an opening set. A multi-platinum, two-time GRAMMY\u00ae winner, Kristian has founded two wildly successful duos in different genres \u2014 Sugarland and Billy Pilgrim \u2014 launched a solo career, formed the improvisational rock band Dark Water, and explored lo-fi chill music through Cabin Chill. My first headline show of 2026 is at the prestigious Islington Folk Club on Thurs 19 Feb. This will be a stripped back, acoustic performance in an intimate setting. It’s \u00a310 on the door, \u00a38 for members but membership is only \u00a32 and you then get the discount the next time you go! I’m really pleased to announce that my new single, ‘It Don’t Bother Me’,\u00a0will be released on\u00a0Fri 20 June. It’s a stand-alone single\u00a0and was actually recorded a few years ago at\u00a0Red Kite Studio.\u00a0I persuaded my producer\u00a0Martin Levan to pull it from the Red Kite archives, we had a listen and it just jumped out of the speakers! The song already featured\u00a0Matt Percival\u00a0on Bass,\u00a0Gunnar Frick\u00a0on Organ,\u00a0Paul Furnace\u00a0on Electric Guitar and\u00a0Toby Baron\u00a0on Drums. We updated the vocals, added\u00a0Lowri Evans’s\u00a0beautiful harmonies and I then called on my dear friend\u00a0Martin Brown\u00a0and his trademark mandolin.
